bio:Jen Kagan has been a sign language interpreter for nearly 30 years, having faced repetitive strain, aches, and pains, alongside struggles with confidence and boundaries. For over 15 years, she has been teaching yoga and holds a Level 3 certification in Iyengar Yoga, in addition to being a certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT) and Ayurveda Health Coach. Jen also started the first Iyengar yoga class in ASL in NYC. She is excited to be back in NYC sharing 1000s of hours of study, a unique blend of yoga, Ayurveda, and holistic health practices to her interpreter community. Jen's programs are designed to help interpreters build resilience and sustainability in their careers, empowering them to thrive in both mind and body.
